1. The service

Mystic Aura publishes editorial fashion and cultural content, magazine issues, interviews, fashion directories, and related features. We may also offer paid subscriptions and a staff admin panel for authorised users. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

2. Accounts and Google sign-in

Sign-in is provided via Google OAuth. You must use a Google account you are authorised to use, keep your Google account secure, and ensure information associated with your account is accurate.

New accounts are created as standard reader accounts unless we grant you staff access (editor or admin). Staff access is at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, admin tools, or systems
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content at scale without permission
• Interfere with the site's security, performance, or other users
• Upload malware or abuse upload / API endpoints
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Mystic Aura

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

4. Content and intellectual property

Magazine content, branding, design, text, images, PDFs, and other materials on the site are owned by Mystic Aura or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where we expressly allow it (for example sharing a public article link).

If you submit materials to us (pitches, photos, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use them as needed to operate and promote the magazine, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans (when offered) are billed through Razorpay. Prices, plan terms, and benefits are shown at checkout or on the subscribe page. By purchasing, you authorise the charges according to the selected plan.

Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled according to the plan terms and applicable law / payment provider rules. Access to paid features depends on an active subscription when we enforce paywalls.

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by incorrect details, bank declines, or Razorpay / network issues beyond our control.

6. Third-party services

The site relies on third parties such as Google (authentication), payment processors, hosting, storage, and analytics providers. Their terms and privacy policies also apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside our control.

7. Disclaimers

The site and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Editorial opinions are those of their authors and do not necessarily reflect legal or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Aura and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or ₹0 if you have not paid).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mystic Aura and its operators from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Guwahati, Assam, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
